Mathematics :

All the questions below are to be answered WITH Number line.

Because this is a blog, inserting number line seems impossible.

Q.  4x + 6 < 10 :-

A.  4x < 10 – 6

= 4x < 4

= x = x < 1

Q.  10x – 9 ≥ 11 :-

A.  10x  ≥ 11 + 9

= 10x ≥ 20

= x ≥ 2

Q.  9x + 4 ≥ 3x – 8 :-

A.  9x – 3x ≥  -8 -4

= 6x ≥ -12

= x ≥ -2

Q.  3 ( x – 4)  ≥  6 (2x – 5) :-

A.  3x – 12 ≥  12x – 30

= 3x -12x  ≥  -30 + 12

= -9x ≥ – 18

=  x  ≤ 2.

Q.  x – 3  <  -6 :-

A.  x <  -6  + 3

=  x <  -3

Q.  3 – x > 2  :-

A.  -x  >  2 – 3

= -x  >  -1

= x > 1
